Cross save deactivation silver error

Cannot deactivate the cross save because of a silver purchase, and can't use the xbox account as the main account, for some reason the psn account is set up as main account and that account is empty. Any solution besides waiting the 58 days that the error gives me? I don't understand the point of this error

  • When you setup cross-save, you selected your PSN account as the active save data. This would be why you cannot access your Xbox characters. Please read through the article linked below, and fill out the contact form at the bottom. Request that your active save be changed from PSN to Xbox, and Bungie staff may assist, at their discretion. If you would rather not use cross-save at all, then you can request that they deactivate cross-save for you.
