Exotic Cipher
Collected cipher from Xur after completing tasks but it is not showing up in my collection nor at Postmaster. Is this presently a glitch?

If you have the completed Xur quest "Xenology" and you already have an Exotic Cipher in your inventory, talking to Xur will delete Xenology without giving a reward.
