Shader/emblem kiosk?

I cant find any place where I can claim my emblems and shaders from the codes I used, it says Emblem And shader kiosk but I cant find anyone who knows where that is.

Those may be destiny 1 codes, as there is not a kiosk for emblems or shaders in destiny 2
