Characters not loading on my steam account
I recently switched to pc, and whenever I use my steam account on the companion app; my characters don’t load.

2 RepliesHi there. To clarify, your characters do appear in-game on PC, just not on the app? Your characters are still Xbox characters even though you're using Cross Save to access them on PC—remember, Cross Save does not transfer your data. I can see your characters when I look at your linked Xbox account, so it looks fine on my end.
