Where are the legendary solar scout rifles?
Something like distant relation from the first year gambit came out. Bungie is lacking legendary scouts in the solar slot.

It's essentialy a solar version of Randy's Throwing Knife with access to incredible perks like Reconstruction and Wellspring. It may not be a scout rifle, but there's also the high-impact solar pulse rifle Stars in Shadow, which can absolutely slap with Kill Clip. Tack on the Unstoppable Pulse Rifle mod and you have a solid primary option for grandmasters.

We just need more variety in general. The loot pool is so pathetic you hardly get any secondary options and considering it's a scout mod season they should've prepared better.

trustee. and quit frankly im tired of seeing energies considering BL launch more than half the arsenal was -blam!-ing energy i mean out of 8 weapons 3 of them were kinetic and wrathborn weapons were the same only 1 was kinetic and dsc out of 6 weps 2 were kinetic. im tired of seeing energies, its not diverse enough

1 ReplyEdited by adamndirtyape: 4/12/2021 4:11:51 PMIt's not a Legendary of course, but there is a Blue Scout rifle, the Madrugada SR2, that is solar and has explosive rounds that is actually quite useful. The YouTuber Esoterickk used this when he soloed the Proven Grounds Grandmaster Nightfall. I've tried it myself and I quite liked it. It's a Lightweight frame so you move faster with it equipped, fires at 200 RPM, 15 round mag, and has decent overall stats. The real downside is you can't put any additional weapon mods on it directly, but seasonal mods do work with it, so you can use it against Barrier Champions. Weirdly, this rifle also comes in a Void version, also with everything else being the same. This happened because a version of the rifle was offered in two different seasons. You can pull these rifles out of your collections at any time once you've found them.
