Potential Fix to Trials of Osiris designed by a Longtime PvE Player Who Tries to PvP

I'll cut to the point then explain below: 2 Separate Tiers of Trials: Trials of Osiris, Adept Trials of Osiris Trials of Osiris: Matchmaking: 1, 2, or 3 Player Fireteams, 3v3 Qualifications to Enter: Reach Soft Cap Power Level for Current Expansion, Purchase Passage, Cannot Have Gone Flawless in Trials of Osiris on Account During This Season Weapon & Armor Rewards: (not including tokens or materials) 3 win/bounty-Weapon or Armor Piece 5 win-Weapon or Armor Piece 7 win-Weapon or Armor Piece Flawless-Adept Weapon or High Stat (60+ total) Armor Piece + 1 Token of the Worthy(Item that unlocks Adept Trials of Osiris and Adept Endgame Bounty at Saint XIV) Adept Trials of Osiris: Matchmaking: 3 Player Fireteams, 3v3 Qualifications to enter: Must Have Gone Flawless in Trials Of Osiris This Season Weapon & Armor Rewards: (not including tokens or materials) 3 win/Adept Bounty-Adept Weapon or High (60+ total) Armor Piece 5 win- Adept Weapon or High (60+ total) Armor Piece 7 win- Adept Weapon or High (60+ total) Armor Piece Adept Flawless-Adept Weapon and Very High (65+ total, 15+ in 2 stats) Armor Piece + Adept Mod 1x/week Once a player has gone flawless on their account for the first time each season they would be locked out of Trials of Osiris for the rest of the season and can instead play Adept Trials of Osiris. Flawless title would be updated to allow the “carry others to first flawless” step to be “carry others to first adept flawless” allowing for the title to be obtained. This system would allow for medium to low skilled players to be able to grind near the end of the season to maybe get flawless, while allowing the higher skilled individuals to get a more rewarding experience for their skill. Streamers/recoveries would still be able to do their work on the Adept Trials playlist, leaving normal players a way to experience the mode in a positive manner. Currently the issue with Trials in my opinion is that players who have never even seen the lighthouse are matching teams who see it 10 times each weekend. Which causes them to feel hopeless at their chances of ever getting there themselves. Look at the last few months, players have found it better to win trade, to jump off cliffs, than to actually play the mode. Because those methods guaranteed that loot would drop at the end. I understand that this idea splits the player base in 2, which is dangerous given the already low player count. With the mode being more friendly to new players, however, Trials of Osiris would most likely increase in population more than enough to compensate. Adept Trials would then become about the size of the current player base toward the middle of each season due to people actually being able to achieve flawless. Then it would maintain its numbers because of people wanting to farm the Adept Bounty. This fixes one of the biggest pain points of trials for both sides; Low skilled players get a reasonable chance to play, high skilled players get more rewards. This will undoubtedly cause more players to get Trials loot and even Adept Trials loot. Which may scare Bungie away, but may be enough to make players actually feel like playing the mode is more rewarding than jumping off the map or win trading. At least until Anti-Cheat and Account Recoveries are dealt with. This is just my proposal, I hope anyone who takes the time to read this can put their ideas below, and maybe, just maybe the right people will see this and one day Trials might be fun for more than just the people getting paid to play.
