Does Quickdraw only affect ready speed, or both stow and ready speed?

Obviously, right now it does affect stow speed due to its inherent +100 handling. However, quickdraw is getting adjusted in Season 14. Adjustment coming to Quickdraw: Quickdraw -- This perk is intended to provide faster swap speed, but it also passively buffs handling by +100. This completely negates the downside of using low-handling weapons (such as Aggressive Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, and Hand Cannons), which isn't something we want to encourage. Those weapons should have downsides and working around those completely via a perk isn't healthy. We don't think allowing a fast-swap to the Shotgun subfamily with the highest one-hit-kill range is great either. - The Handling bonus is now removed one second after switching to this weapon, or upon aiming down sights. The perk description of quickdraw reads "This weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast." However the 4/8/21 TWAB states that "This perk is intended to provide faster swap speed." When I read this, I assume its talking about both ready and stow speeds, as both constitute overall swap speed. That said, the new version of quickdraw is stated to have its +100 handling buff stop after one second or upon ads. Therefore if it only affects ready speed, it would not have the handling boost upon stowing the weapon. Why it matters to me: I plan on using a quickdraw primary and felwinter/astral + quick charge in Season 14. but its not worth the perk slot on my primary if it doesn't let me swap from my handcannon (stow) to my shotgun (ready) on a dime. If it only affects ready speed, I have to change my plans going forward. The only way I can think of to find out right now is to compare a 100 handling weapon to that of one with quickdraw (of the same type and archetype of course), and comparing the frame data to see if there is an actual difference between the two. If they have the same stow speed and a different ready speed, I would assume it only effects ready speed. If they both are the same, I would assume its just the natural +100 handling buff. Hopefully both ready and stow are different, meaning it affects both ready and stow. Edit/Answer: someone tested this with hawkmoon, and quickdraw ONLY grants 100 handling, therefore after the 1 second timeframe, you will NOT get a stow speed buff.
