Cannot acquire Xenology quest
For the past 2 weeks, Xur does not present the Xenology quest to any of my characters, even though I have no exotic ciphers in inventory or at the postmaster. I checked again this morning and the quest is neither available through Xur nor in the abandoned/legacy quest section in the tower (under any character). I see a similar report about this (https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/258190470) with no updates/resolution.

2 RepliesHey, The only reason Xur wouldn't have a quest for your character is either you've already completed the quest this week, or there is already a quest tied to your character that you need to complete before Xur will give you a new one. If you don't have the quest in your inventory, then you've likely abandoned it at some point. At present, it is not possible to retrieve the quest from the Quest Archive, so the only option is to pick up and complete the quest with a different character. If none of your characters are able to complete the quest, then your best option is to wait for Bungie to change the quest so that it can be recovered from the Quest Archive.
