To clarify, you are unable to progress your quest by interacting with the Prismatic Recaster? If so we recommend making sure you have space in your inventory and clearing your download/ console cache, you can find the steps to do so based on your platform below.

Hello, it's not that I can't get through the quests. I just can't move forward with the arcanist anymore because I'm stuck at CIMU. I was able to advance with my hunter as well as my Titan but not my arcanist. This is why I think I have a bug: because I played exactly the same way but I cannot unlock the CIMU with my arcanist
