If there is one thing that it's quite agravating is the random teleports from enemies, specially champions and bosses. I lost around 5 to 6 flawless runs of Presage because the boss kept teleporting right on top of me, same during the Pit or Prophecy. Same thing in Proving Grounds GM, champions and boss teleporting right on top of my fireteam causing us to lose our momentum and subsequential wipe. These are just some examples that just turns into frustration.

1 ReplyAnarchy and witherhoard are miracles here. Just go down and pop them on the boss then go back up.

Yea the final boss tp on Presage is kinda annoying. Ive learned to go in and jump back up, he sometimes sits there just letting you damage him

Yeah, I remember I tried Flawless Master Presage twice. The first one, I genuinely messed up because I wasn't prepared for how much more damage the enemies would do to me, despite having favorable Resist mods on, and how much tankier the adds were. I got put to somewhere around 30 HP after eating one Sniper shot in the first main encounter, and died quickly thereafter. Then just to see how far I could make it, I persisted, and took probably 10 minutes in the hangar with the 2 Abomination bosses. Then on my second run, I was admittedly still a bit slow, but much faster compared to the previous attempt. I got to the boss room with decent time to spare, and then after I shut off all the fires, I dropped down, saw him in the distance to the side all alone, and then he literally pulled a "nothing personal kid" on me by teleporting just to my left and 1-hit me. I'll probably try again at some point, but that was just disappointing that I couldn't have really accounted for that happening. I'd never seen it happen before, at least not from a boss.

Whatever fix they implemented didn’t work. I still get enemies teleporting everywhere. There’s no way in hell I’m attempting a GM nightfall until it’s fixed

It’s why I just don’t bother, for me there are too many ways the game dishes out cheap deaths, broken knock back mechanics, teleporting enemies and the architects. If you ask me there is way too much luck involved with a flawless run in this game.
