Harbinger Week 2, feather #4 not spawning
Just ran Harbinger which is on the week 2 rotation. Feather #4 didn't spawn.
Hopefully someone can answer this, if I complete the feather gathering but haven't gotten all 5 in a single week, does that prevent me from being able to get the lore for the "collect all 5 in a single week" triumph?

1) I second the bug in the Harbinger quest. Feather four is not spawning and needs to be fixed. 2) to answer the OP, until they fix this bug we are screwed out of the triumph. I’ve collect five in a week previously and never got the triumph. Decided to do it this weekend and since it’s bugged, still don’t get it.
