No catalysts in crucible
I've resetted my valor rank three times now, not receiving any catalyst for one of those weapons that should get their catalyst by victory in the crucible, for example Vigilance Wing or Suros Regime.
Is that a bug or is the droprate really that low?

According to my trackers, I've had 17 resets, and even though I've been playing since day 1, I'm still missing a bunch of strike and crucible catalysts - Sweet Business, Prospector, SUROS Regime, Jade Rabbit, Graviton Lance, Sunshot, Hard Light, Colony.
