how do i unlink my account the unlink button is grayed out pls help

4 RepliesHi there. You currently have Cross Save enabled so you cannot unlink any accounts—you need to disable it first. To disable it, you need to authenticate each of your linked accounts. If you're having trouble logging into your accounts, you'll want to reach out to the platform support to gain access. Once Cross Save is disabled, make sure you're not currently signed into bungie.net through the account that you want to unlink and go to Settings > Accounts & Linking to unlink it. You will need to wait 90 days to enable Cross Save again if you still want Cross Save on.
