It looks like they're setting up crow to be the hunter vanguard and personally I'm not a fan of that direction. Lord emo is just....meh. I mean who remembers the D2 marketing campaign, it basically reveolved around Cayde. I can't think of another character they could pull that off with without it seeming all doom and gloom. I loved it in D1 when I'd just be chilling in the tower and he'd whisper 'hey, take me with you' or when he got his hands on eris' orb. I really hope we get to bring him back sometime in the future. I mean we have saint-14 so it's not like they would have to struggle to find a way to make it work story wise.

Here is my favorite characters: Shaxx, a warlord, the crucible handler who trains guardians, also that one thing about The Mark of the Great Hunt titan belt was a good story. Cayde, he was a buddy, and he had crazy ideas involving kitbashed gadgets and devices he would try to use, also that stealth drive... Ikora, I like her because she takes a more serious and practical mentor role. Petra, my favorite girl Failsafe, the psychotic AI, very funny and humorous to the story, wish we had more reason to see her. Drifter, the survivalist, here to give you advice for your own survival or future apocalypse, definitely an ally and not a true friend, someone you could trust but probably shouldn't, kinda dark.

Cayde as he’s the best his story of his past from becoming an exo to a guardian is sad/heartbreaking to me love his character will always adore him :D

Ive come to actually give no “F” about destiny characters. There was a time where I liked who they were and what they stood for but I could care any less about them anymore. Im just here to get loot and kill other guardians, Destiny lore got so boring.

Why isn’t Drifter on here? For me it was Uldren, but I don’t like how they’ve done his story as Crow. Drifter was a close second and now he’s my favorite. Super interesting character.
