Stasis Warlocks what exotic armor do you use?
I think the only weakness of stasis is really that it has no exotics for it yet (at least for Warlocks). So I was wondering what non subclass based exotic armor have you all been using? I use necrotic grips which are decent for trash mobs in PVE but I feel like there should be something more. I mean even many non specific exotics now say “light based subclasses” for their perk like Felwinters helm. It really feels like they didn’t want any exotic to buff stasis. However I love using stasis in PvE and I think it’s definitely the best subclass aside from damage boosting with Well of Radiance.

Normally i'll run Vesper. Tbh that's a game changer in pve. Otherwise i'll use Claws of Ahamkara. Double freeze melee is kinda nice.

I use Ophidian Aspects for the reload. Vesper of Radius is also pretty solid. Sanguine Alchemy has been slept on for awhile also.

Eye of another world , spam those abilities make everyone mad

Vesper can do some pretty cool stuff if you freeze and spark enemies. I’m enjoying it.

It’s insane. I use Fighting lion or telesto. Doesn’t really matter what exotics you use, but i usually go with ophidian aspect or transversives.

I run grips/thorn although I got a great drop on the new chest piece and created a build with it. Using neutral game exotics is the smart way to go although initially I was using sins with GH/FG for stasis and it worked well. I might try that again with my Bottom Dollar/FG.

Claws of Ahamkara. Penumbral blast is incredibly strong, so doubling up on them works great for me.

I only use stasis on the lock for pve moreso solo lost sectors and higher difficulty strikes. I mostly run Claws of Ahamkara for the dual freeze melee + paired with Monte Carlo you almost always have a charged melee at hand

8 RepliesVesper is good with freezing rift, but my favorite build is salvagers salvo (demo+chain reaction)+blast radius mod+ x4 firepower+Varitys brow+the freezing turret. It is insane for mob control/clear you can have like 5/6 turrets out at a time. I highly recommend you try it out!!! https://youtu.be/ZDY0zQkJk_Y

I use the new poison gauntlets. The ice ball has some good range and can quickly spread poison.

The exotic lies in its class, you can actually use any passive exotic to boost the stasis class. Eye of another world is amazing for stasis, probably your best bet. I prefer using my weapon over ability spams so I use ophidian aspect for handling boost to all my weapons.

I'll eithe use aeons if im in a group for maximum ammo or veritys brow if im by myself for maxmium grenade mayhem

Verities brow for the turrets or eye of another world for faster melee and grenade passive defend. Honestly those are the best exotics stasis wise imo

IMO just use Transversive Steps. Doesn’t matter what subclass you’re on, it’s always beneficial.
