It feels like there’s always someone -blam!- about the meta. I’m not gonna pretend 120s aren’t pretty busted at the moment. But it seems like every single meta, there’s always hordes of people -blam!- until whatever said meta weapon, or archetype, is nerfed. For once I’d honestly rather see something stay the same and have something else buffed to go hand and hand and see how the meta changes. Like I absolutely hated the AR meta from Arrivals, but I was hoping they’d buff HCs and keep Autos the same. I know the nerf wasn’t drastic to ARs but it was enough to make them unusable to HCs. I hate using ARs but still it would be refreshing to have more than one sole option for load outs. I know buffing everything to being OP isn’t the answer either. Just seems stale every time there is only 1 viable archetype to use. I understand nerfing outliers like Felwinters, MT, and Recluse, but these blanket nerfs and buffs to weapon types are getting kinda old. And don’t even start with “there’s other options other than 120s.” I’m well aware. But you are putting yourself at a huge disadvantage if you are using literally anything besides 120s for a primary.
