I went Flawless on my three characters today. On my Titan, which was the first one, I opened the chest and saw the loot including the adept sword but it looked like it went to the postmaster. But it did NOT go to the postmaster (and my postmaster was not and is not full). And I did open the chest because I can't go back to the lighthouse even though I still have my flawless card. Is it *possible* that I got it and absent-mindedly deleted it? Well of course it is possible, but I don't think I did that. Other possibly relevant information is that not only were my heavy inventory slots full but my engrams were also full on the character. PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANY REPLACEMENT ITEM OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. I got two other adept swords today with no problem. But I really think something anomalous happened and even if there is only a small chance that it did then IMO you guys should look into it. Thanks.
