I personally haven't had issue but I do play more than most. However people that don't play nearly as long as I do have been able to do GM nightfalls already so I honestly want know. Are GMs really hard to get to. I personally don't see them being hard to get to. Vote and Explain why down below
Edit: Changed the Title because I think some people think I meant GM themselves are. I wasn't refering to that. I was refering getting high enough to enter it.

Problem is if you play the game alot eventually you’ll get to the power level requirement but not all your friends or clanmates maybe up to par.....last season when i finally reached the level to do higher level mode it was already towards the end of the season...kinda dumb to have the level expectations so high when people cant play religiously......so no and i dont understand why adept weapons are added as a reward for the highest level activity shouldnt it be offered at nightfall activities so you actually you can use the ADEPT WEAPON for the end game content....another dumb ass backwards idea

thanks to seasonal challanges , leveling the artifact is super easy

I think it's fine, I stopped doing bounties after I hit 100 season pass and have spent very little time playing destiny this season and I'm there. There only 30 minute runs with a well coordinated team. They are supposed to be end game runs for sweats.

1 ReplyIt seems easier to reach power with the XP gained from Seasonal Challenges... that being said I still think its daft to set such a high levelling requirement only to turn around and slap on Contest Mode. Like.... ....why not just remove the obnoxious artifact grind and slap on contest mode? 🧐

1 ReplyThey are challenging, but not too hard. Any variation of fire teams will suffice. There is no need to have everyone go support classes to get by. As far is weapons are concerned, as long as the fireteam has all shields/champion covered, you will succeed. Also using weapons and loadouts that you are familiar will help greatly so as long you cover certain shields and champions. No need to rely on Anarchy or Divinity so as long as the loadouts synergize with each other. As far as stasis is concerned, glacier grenades are good in both offensive and defense. Learn how to utilize glacier grenades defensive purposes. The key is to have a fire team that has good synergy with loadouts.

Hard as an adverb, yes. 1. with a great deal of effort. "the nightfall was hard at GM difficulty" Hard as an adjective, nope. If you think about it, an activity 40 levels above you max gear level, of course is gonna feel difficult, not because is hard actually is just you're fighting enemies way above your level. To Bungo, the endgame of D2 is to grind artifact levels to make activities beyond your gear power cap slightly easier.

So far most people thing GMs are fine at this point.
