Rebalance Class & Subclass Meta

Note: Shared Link goes back to the main topic for navigation and post-length purposes. Now, on to the first major point, the horribly unbalanced class meta in PvP. I'll start with the most obvious issue. Stasis. Seriously, Stasis for PVP needs to be nerfed into the ground, specifically the freezing effects. As it stands (even with that damage reduction while frozen) being frozen is a death sentence more often than not, and the multitude of ways that players can be frozen is insane. As I've only unlocked Stasis on my Hunter, I don't have much experience with actually using the Warlock or Titan stasis options, so these suggestions will deal primarily with the Hunter's Revenant subclass for Stasis. Fix #1: Change the Freezing Burst effect on the Silence Kama to Damage rather than instantly freezing foes. (Enough damage to instantly kill those caught in the blast would put it on par with the Warlock's Nova Bomb and not unbalance things). Fix #2: Change the Squall feature to limiting visibility and dealing damage with the Frostbite condition, that if it reaches a suitable number the subject dies, much like how it was done for the Raid and Survival Exo Challenge. Fix #3: Convert ALL freezing abilities to Frostbite stacks rather than 'Slowed' stacks. Fix #4: Change ALL Instant-Freeze features to Damaging features. Fix #5: Guardians with their Supers active CAN'T Be Frozen. (If those of you at Bungie still think having the ability to freeze other players in PvP is a 'good' idea, otherwise disregard this for Fix #5 instead). Moving on to the different Class Melee Abilities. These are also horribly unbalanced at the expense of the Hunter class, almost to the point that the Hunter Melee abilities are completely useless. The multiple Warlock and Titan Melee Abilities will instantly kill other guardians in PvP while only needing the player to hit their target to kill them, as opposed to the only Hunter Melee ability that can score an instant kill being the Gunslinger's throwing knife, which only gained that ability after having a massive wind-up and requiring a head shot to be an instant kill. The possible solutions to this one are pretty simple really. Buff the Hunter Melee abilities so they can more easily score kills, or nerf the shit out of the melee abilities of the other classes so they are less likely to score kills. Personally, I'm in favor of buffing the hunter over nerfing the other two classes, mostly because players in general tend to hate when their favorite abilities get nerfed, but they always enjoy a good buff to their abilities. This also applies to all normal melee attacks. Buff their damage so they are all instant kills. This will contribute to solving another problem that I'm going to bring up the imbalance in the gun meta. In simple terms though, that issue is the massive reliance on barrel-stuffing players with shotguns for easy one-hit kills. With all melee attacks also being one-hit kills, players MAY be less likely to rely on this approach to score kills. On a side note, giving the Hunter's Gunslinger subclass the ability to retrieve their flaming throwing knife after use much like how a Titan can retrieve their throwing hammer to instantly recharge the ability would certainly be a cool feature to add (since both are thrown weapons, and there is no real reason why one should be able to be retrieved and the other can't be)
