Didn’t get adept igneous hammer?
Hey
Completed the trials on flawless and got 2 hammers, one is 1290 and one is 1295...neither adept! Am I missing something? Do I have to use a mod or something
Or have I been -blam!-?

Adept items from trials only come from flawless chest. Since the hammer isn’t the flawless reward this week, it won’t be the adept version.

It's not in the Flawless chest. Flawless is the Sword.
