Hello. Try to use different browsers, clear cache/cookies, and opening a private window. Additionally, you can use mobile browsers. If these do not help, please let me know and I’ll pass this to player support.

Hello, I tried your advice, but unfortunately it didn’t work. I tried using the code on my mobile browser & through Private Browsing, but unfortunately I still get the same error message.
