120 RPM hand cannons
120 hand cannons need a tweak. Currently they can beat any gun in the game with the greatest consistency. this includes scouts and pulse rifles. Either the range needs to be brought in a little or the recoil needs to be increased.
No question on damage as this is exactly as designed however there should be a greater skill gap to use these hard hitting guns.
