Hi, my friend is about to get out of a 2 months ban in competitive playlists. She assumes her issues were internet issues since her internet is sometimes not the best. She has gotten banned like this before and she isn't exactly thrilled about it happening yet another time. Is there something she can do to prevent it happening again, or someone she can contact.
