PC - AMD RX 6XXX and 5XXX fps took a major dump after the Tuesday update. Anyone else notice?

The same embarrassing performance that exists in the Tangled Shore has now spread to Europa and the EDZ after the update. It is about a 40% FPS hit. I have an RX 6900 XT and my friend has an RX 5700 and we both noticed the performance drop. We both have Ryzen processors as well. I have tried some of the *fixes* floating out there on the interwebs. I tried forcing the multi-core shader on and it does indeed help while on the Tangled Shore somewhat. But the rest of the game is janky as hell and the shader problems are just too messed up to actually play the damn game. So, 2 years on, Bungie has still Forsaken PC players with AMD hardware? A new generation of video cards was ushered into the world and there still isn't a fix for the horrible performance on AMD HW, which, if you really think about it, makes no damn sense. The consoles are AMD hardware and they have obviously optimized performance on both the consoles. Who would have ever thought that replacing an RTX 2070 with an over-the-top video card like the RX 6900 XT would be a step backward in the Destiny world? Bungie, please fix this. Step 1 is to finally admit you have a problem. Can we like roll back whatever was done Tuesday? I could deal with having to avoid the Tangled Shore only. Now it's just a painful experience all over. The H.E.LM. is still ok though. I'll give you that. • The RTX 2070 is an Nvidia Card, not an AMD. If you were having problems with that card, why are you blaming this whole thread on an issue with AMD?

    • I run an rx5700 xt with 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, a core i5 9600k overclocled. I run at 1440p and maintain around 80 to 120 fps even after Tuesday update. No problems here.

      • same here bungies last update slowed everything down and certain places like Europa feel like playing a totally different game it is so messed up. This started yesterday, was working basically perfectly before that minus the tangled shore which seems to always decrease fps. Please fix this... was this not play tested on relevant platforms?

      • Ive seen alot of people using amd cards have issue. And amd is known for their horrible drivers. Have you tried rolling them back to see if that helps? Issues like this are very hard for devs to figure out since theres soo many factors like What parts are you using What driver version What bios What windows version What third party apps are running in the background Etc.
