Th swarm isn’t meh. It’s by far the best add clear weapon. The regular version may lose to the saw depending on what activity you’re doing, but the Adept version and it’s ability to use adept mods puts it above the saw in those activities.

Wouldn't Commemoration be better for add clear than Swarm? It should be better for low level content. Also, SAW would have the ability to drop warmind cells so it instantly beats Swarm on add clear and add a ton of other benefits that Swarm cannot contend with.

More ammo effective the and higher damage per shot. The commemoration will also be viable once it gets its adept version later this year. They’re both really good. See the annual state of the game from Joe Blackburn. The saw’s main appeal is firing line, which is the same damage increase as one for all, but you need 2 teammates wishing close proximity. Unless saw gets an Adept, it doesn’t have anything over the swarm. Just a shame they’re the same element.
