Beat a Grandmaster Nightfall for Nothing?
We do the hardest level of a strike for a "chance" for an adept weapon or mod? At least guarantee 1 mod per character per week. I feel like I wasted my time.

People have been saying that there are 77 challenges in total and only 75 are needed for the large bright dust reward. If this is true, players can avoid doing the Grandmaster and one other challenge they don't feel like doing (will likely be Trials wins for the majority). I wouldn't mind doing the GM Nightfall tbh, but needing to be 1325 minimum is annoying because I've not had as much time to grind my power this season as I've had in previous ones.

It’s just a strike though. At the end of the day, regardless of the difficulty level or modifiers, it’s only challenging the first time you complete it. After the first time, you just have to do the exact same thing over and over again.

I feel like I wasted my time.[/quote] 1 mod per week at best, which is probably it is a chance and not a guarantee since you can only get them there. Imagine you have to go flawless in PVP for the mod and adept weapon, but only have to run a single GM. Not equivalent.

I think it’s dumb that it’s not a guarantee weapon drop when completing a GM Nightfall, but I guess part of the logic is to keep players going into GM difficulty more that once a week. Though I guess if the adept NF weapon was guaranteed, then it would be a better incentive so players could keep farming for a god roll adept NF weapon.
