Reacquire Salvager's Salvo

I accidentally dismantled my Salvager's Salvo last week and now I can' reacquire it nor can I get the quest from Banshee on any of my other chars. So how am I supposed to complete the challenge where Salvager's is needed? Saw something about a bugfix on february 23 but I still can't reacquire it even though I have all the items for it

You can reacquire the weapon from the Collection. Make sure that you have the necessary ressources and you have enough space in your weapon inventory.

check the abandoned quest kiosk to the left of the postmaster. it should be there.
