it began about 2 months ago when out of nowhere I received a PVP ban for apparently having unstable internet. my internet is always on a full bar in-game and my actual ping sits around 11 so this clearly isn't the issue. despite this clearly unjust ban that I received I decided to wait it out. then 2 days after my 2-week ban had completed I was banned again for the same thing. despite me having perfectly fine internet and haven't even been playing PVP because I was previously banned the 2 weeks before. I am now about halfway through my 2-month crucible ban and just need answers. Clearly, this ban is not justified and I would at least like a response/ evidence of this "unstable internet connection" on my 11 ping and this ban to be removed; and to not receive a ban for the same unjust issue in the future.
