I don't think bungie understands how annoying it is to have to do 5 strikes, then 5 battle grounds to try and get the rocket launcher and to be given the threaded needle everytime. This is the biggest waste of time and energy I have come across yet. I'm not even guaranteed the right roll but at least I should be guaranteed the right weapon after all that effort.
