It was nerfed for no reason. Used to be one of my favs and no it just can’t compete with anything else pve

6 RepliesLets put that into perspective. You could make a ball to attack, a bubble that stunned the enemies and healed you, and a heavy attack that did some good damage. All of that, for the big price of getting one kill.

2 RepliesIt's really not that bad. Just because one function of the ball was tuned down doesn't mean it's not viable. I use it all the time still.

This exotic represents well the luke smith year : Good idea but implemented poorly and tuned like a dumbdumb. If you look at it, most y3 exotics looks cool but all suffers from huge issues. Like symmetry, wich has an insanely good perk. But it takes so damn long to stack it compared to the time you have to kill things with the perk...that it just makes it a...meh weapon to use. If the catalyst would have granted 2 stacks per headshots it would have been a monster. But nah it just increases the stacks requiered even more XD.

1 ReplyEdited by Apollo_XIX: 3/16/2021 5:03:35 AMGun is just fine. It was absolutely braindead busted before, and there was no reason to use the other two thirds of the orbs functions

1 ReplyAnd sleeper and Nova Wrap too

It was nerfed for a couple reasons but just add it to the list of nice things we can’t have because of gambit! 😁

1 ReplyEdited by Hypnotize: 3/16/2021 3:49:29 PMRuinous Effigy went from being in my inventory and used frequently to not being used unless for bounties. Now it just sits in my vault, mostly useless.

18 RepliesJust because the AI enemies can’t complain doesn’t mean it was overpowered. Before the nerf there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to use anything else except the block since it HEALED and DAMAGED and SUPPRESSED. Now that they brought the block damage down, it’s being used how it’s meant to be, light attack for damaging, blocking to heal and stun, and then heavy at the end.
