Latency average 480-680
The last week is not possible to play, the connection latency is on average 480-682, it is not possible to play PVE modes, you should not even talk about Survival. I am sure that the problem is not on the side of my PC and not with the network provider, because my friend, who lives in my city the same problems, changed 3 network providers, the picture with a latency does not change absolutely, tried to play from three computers, then everything is the same.

The information you have left easily accessable on the net leaves you opens for so much. DDoS is the least of your worries when you leave your IP exposed to the world like this. Anyone could be attacking your network right now also causing issues. An honestly not sure what you want Bungie to do when the issue is with the provider?!? Not like they can force the Ping to go down...
