I like this idea but it does sound like a prolonged survival game mode. I think what needs to happen is when an account goes flawless, they get put into the flawless servers and play other flawless players.. account based, letting the less try-hards a shot at going flawless for the first time.

It’s for players who continue to go flawless. :) It’s definitely just a Hybrid version of comp. but that’s where I think it’s strong. Right now, we have cheaters, win traders, recovs, & try hards running all through the season lay list souring the overall experience. This to me spells out change. There needs to be a substantial change to the system that allows for anyone that plays long enough to earn themselves some loot, reach the lighthouse, & call it a day. If they wanna continue to work through the game mode it’ll be increasingly more difficult but also more rewarding.

I full agree! I like the comp style playlist, it’s competitive, frustrating at times and very fun. I hope bungie takes these reviews into consideration and changes trials for the better.

They don’t have to go word for word on mine idea, but at the very least they should look into the overall experience and level it in a way that allows more players to jump in. Check out the two links belong if you really wanna see some interesting perspectives (:
