Legendary Lost Sectors rewards are pretty F'd, right?
The exotic drop rate is fine, but if I fight my way through one of those Moon Lost Sectors (which are just miserable on Legend/Master) and all I get is a few K glimmer a 2 helium ... what am I even doing playing this game? Make the base, guaranteed rewards actually worth putting the time in to run these things.

4 RepliesLegend is fine but absolutely no point in doing a master. You can essentially run veles in 2 min and average an exotic in every 10 to 15 min on legend.

2 RepliesI got all 3 of the chest on Veles Labyrinth which takes about 3-5 minutes to run. I think it is about choosing the right lost sector to farm.

1 ReplyThe legend versions take like 4-5 mins depending on the lost sector. Predition is probably the most consistent with a 5 min speed run with little effort required when at 1300+

7 RepliesI don’t think so, taking into consideration I was able to run a legendary lost sector in under 5 minutes, on average, which isn’t even that good when you look at some YouTube videos that show people speed running them in like a minute and 30 seconds.

11 RepliesI’ve literally done one legendary, and that was to do the seasonal challenge. They are a freaking joke. I’m not wasting my time. This game was a bad joke and now it’s even worse. More nerfs to pve due to pvp crap. Glad I don’t waste my time on “end game” crap.

1 ReplyStop wasting your time doing lost sectors. I dont do them anymore because - 1/ the drop rate for exotics is shockingly bad. 2/ Obnoxiously OPAF insta-heal champions infuriate me. 3/ theres better things to do in my day.

Legendary lost sector rewards slightly lower quantities than Master. Instead of the armor rotating in a given lost sector, a particular exotic vendor's ability to redeem said currency rotates daily instead. Loop would like this: 1) Complete legendary or master lost sectors. Awards 1-3 tokens/currency from chest for Platinum completions, and scales depending on performance and difficulty. 2) Visit a specific exotic engram vendor, who's inventory rotates daily and offers any two different archetypes of armor engrams (e.g. chest engrams or leg engrams, next day head and gauntlets, etc.) for 5 tokens/currency. 3) Choose to spend your tokens for chances at the exotic you want within the archetypes available, or save them for a different day when vendor is offering what you want. They might make it so that currency expires at the end of a season so that you need to work up again for new seasons when new exotics drop. Based on current drop rates, I'd imagine this would create a more enjoyable and time-respective gameplay loop. You get rewarded for your time, and have something to show for it. You get bad luck protection in the form of a hard currency that has a specific redemption model instead of RNG.

Try master. Master has the same drop rate as legend. What a sh*t show.

Also, the following factors will contribute as a Nice to have if the changes are made as listed below. (Tweaking of lost sectors) 1. High Score 2. No Deaths 3. Lost sector Ghost Perk or a boon that increases your chance of getting an exotic for that day. 4. Planetary Vendor bounties completion increases your chance of getting an exotic on that planet if the lost sector is featured on that planet. 2.5% per bounty completed.

2 RepliesI did aeound 20 yesterday for a chest piece, and aeound another 14 a few days before when it was chest day. Guess how many of the new Hunter chest pieces I got! Go on, guess! No, seriously, take a guess! Yep, none!

2 RepliesRan 5 times. First run a legendary exotic helm droppped! But wait its an old exotic and not even the new one..Okay.. must be a bug. 4 runs later nothing. Maybe its the difficulty. Yes thats probably it. Lets crank out some Masters..3 runs later: Nothing! Reward drop rates do not reflect the difficulty or the time invested for these activities. Yes. F'ked is an understatement.

So I am glad I am not wasting time on this. I wait a few seasons and there will be a reason to do them for multiple pieces. Though I want that chest for the Titan. But my time investment must be rewarded. Anyway, MH Rise is coming out so I have plenty of armor options to chase....without RNG. See yah next season.

3 RepliesI did 20 solo Master Lost Sectors a while back. Zero exotic drops. Decided to run a couple today. Did 6 runs. Zero exotic drops. I’ve given up on farming lost sectors, they’re just a waste of time (for me).

2 RepliesLegendary lost sectors are not in the game anymore, you mean legend. Legendary lost sectors were the ones in worthy that were at 1000 light level and had adventure icons.
