Reported it at least 3 times here You can easily reproduce the issue 100% of the time. You open steam overlay, view someones profile for example. Go back to the game and try to shoot. I'm using a logitech mouse, i tried rebinding Shoot button to a keyboard button and same thing happens. I hope this gets fixed some day.
