Time to move Linear Fusions to the Energy Slot.
There is not a single Linear fusion rifle that is currently in the game that can do more damage than a Vorpal Energy Sniper.
Also just delete the 'Linear" from them and make it an archetype of Fusion Rifle.
Also make them use the same ammo/drop finders that Fusion Rifles use.
EDIT:
For those that think this will break PVP.
Let me remind you that Snipers do MORE damage and dont require a 500-800ms charge time to fire.

No Distractions/High Impact Reserves on my Corsairs Wrath from last season and the thing wrecks with precision hits. I think LFR's are a great addition to the heavy slot. One of my favorite weapon types BECAUSE of the charge time needed. It just feels good to get that clutch precision shot off right after switching to it 👍 However, after the recent rocket launcher buff I have been using LFR's less. Im fine with/without a damage increase honestly.
