I've been trying to set up a small clan but I feel like every time I put up a clan recruitment message on Bungie.net it always goes ignored and I never get anywhere. Any tips?

Lfg for pinnacles and require a mic. Talk to other guardians and recruit.

Your best bet to lfg dungeons and raids and put it out there your trying to start up a raiding clan or clan that likes to grind weird objectives a lot of people are content on doing nightfalls and smaller activities

Ya most people don't know clan requirement section exsists. Most console players are content without clans as they've gone without for years. I found luck posting in lfg

1 ReplyI used to have a pretty solid clan that grew organically to about 35-40 members. I did teaching runs for raids posted up on LFG and roped most players in that way, also used to send messages to players that I got matchmade with who played the team game, and some members bought their friends with them. Having a discord is important as well, keeps the clan in touch with each other. Think about what type of clan you want, and have a clear vision - one with loads of members that just cash their engrams with very little interaction, or a small one with players that play together all the time. Also think about what type of person you want, mine was a bit niche - over 40’s UK Xbox. I had hardly any uptake whatsoever from posting in the clan recruitment area, and even the posts of people who were seeking clans were flooded with standard recruitment posts from other clans. Some things that were successful in my old clan: -regular planned events like raids, PvP/gambit nights -keeping the Discord chat funny and clean (free from politics, racism etc.) -‘play of the week’ contests where members shared vids of their legendary/funny moments Being a Clan Leader of a successful clan takes work, keep at it!

2 RepliesTry posting on other forums as well. Widen your reach. Invite anyone you see that isn't in a clan.
