Exotic engram bug??
I just did the 1300 lost sector, and got an exotic engram which went to the postmaster bc my inventory was full of umbrellas engrams (Which is a stupid collections system and another problem but that’s for another post) and when I cleared those out and picked up the exotic engram, all it gave me was an enhancement core. A SINGLE ENHANCEMENT CORE. Bungie. What is that??? It was supposed to be a leg armor!!!

2 RepliesIt technically means that exotic engram was never an exotic drop in the first place, just an enhancement core. This is currently a bug. Don't worry, that engram was never an exotic, just run the lost sector again. The exotic drop isn't guaranteed.

Hey there, At the moment that is a UI bug that makes the enhancement cores look like an exotic engram. Bungie is currently investigating this.

It wasn’t an exotic engram. It was an enhancement engram. This happens when/if you get an enhancement core to drop but your engrams are full. So its just a visual oddity that it appears as enhancement engram instead of just going into inventory for cores.
