Title says it. Aesthetically, Bungie designed the Revenant to be a ninja, and the Assassin’s cowl is a well-designed exotic that fits this fantasy. It even has a ninja caricature in the exotic perk symbol. Low effort change for a nice QOL addition to the forthcoming “making stasis a full-fledged element.”
