Experienced an issue where the person who actually claims Dead Man's Tale at the end of the quest doesn't receive the weapon, while the other two players do. This has happened to me personally and I watched it happen to a fireteam member. Is it only a weekly drop? Any help would be appreciated. Trying to get a good roll.
