With so many great emotes a customizable emote wheel would be fantastic. Imagine if it were expanded from 4 to say 8, 10, or 12.
Much needed/desired Season 14 improvement

1 ReplyYep, you'll have it in about 5 or 6 years.

1 ReplyI just want sparrow horns back. Bungie should introduce an exotic sparrow horn that does damage to nearby adds. Soundbreaker, which causes a sonicboom like blast when the horn is honked, that damages nearby enemies. The sonicboom would have a cool down of 15 or 20 seconds though. If SRL ever came back, the damaging effects would only work on the adds on courses, not other players.

Been asking for 7 years!! We got tech held together with spit and rubber bands.
-
2 Repliesa weapons wheel would make a bigger and better change than emotes. having more emote choices isn't bad though.
-
7 RepliesAn* Apparently it also needs English classes.

Couldn’t agree more! They should do like Sea of Thieves. Sea of Thieves has an emote wheel that holds I think 6 or 8 emotes on it, then you can press X (Xbox) to cycle to another wheel! They have 5 wheels that can be cycled through... Or like some other games just press, for example, right d-pad (Xbox, again) and it opens a menu showing all your emotes to which you just click it and start doing it... With a game that thrives on its microtransaction emotes and other stuff, this is a definite needed change!

Oh snap. What about button combos like Mortal Kombat for diff emotes

1 ReplyThe next big thing Bungie! Next to auto dismantle blues
-
12 RepliesId be happier if they just got rid of emotes completely.

Sometimes you don't have time to sort through 30 emotes to see which one you want to use -
Destiny is cruising in milking mode now. They have so many issues that are being worked on in the pipeline. You could see it from the TWAB and from the Asst. Directors State of the Game message. But, who knows with the new leadership running the game now, they may work something out. It's all up to them now. Back in D1, I suggested a similar idea. Instead of an emote wheel, I suggested a weapons wheel where you could cycle your primary, special, and heavy weapons straight from the HUD without accessing the character menu. Just push a button, maybe from D-pad and a wheel appears for all Primary, Special, and Heavy weapons. And those 9 weapons each only that are present in the character screen will appear on the wheel. The purpose is for ease of access to weapons in the HUD screen instead of going to character screen all the time. A lot of games do this now. Metal Gear was doing this a couple of decades ago. So it's really an old concept now, and yet it's still not implemented on here.😂 Like I said, there are a bunch of guns you could use now. It's not like your choosing 1 or 2 only. This is a better feature to encourage variety and ease of use of other guns. But again, it's not implemented here yet.😂 It's not like this will break it in PvP again. I mean you'll lose ammo if you switch gun archetype anyway. So it's not a game changer in PvP. But it will be beneficial in PvE for sure. I guess we can only hope. Everything is dependent on them. And at this point, game is like cruising in milking mode now. We'll see what new leadership can do. Moment of Truth!

2 RepliesYep I already had this idea and was shot down multiplie times by the community because to many trolls and players who think there gods gift to gaming would be Abel to easily access the emotes after killing players in pvp. Take the emotes of the dpad put them on the R3 stick when you click it in and there you go decent enough emote to wheel. Leave the dpad open to be able to switch weapons faster or make load outs. But this was shot down so many times I gave up.

3 RepliesI understand some of the small things some of you would like to see added to the game, but things like this are not going to help the game at this point. I'd like to see them work on things that are actually important.

1 ReplyNot a priority
-
1 Replyjust like animal crossing, and Xur can be Redd and Zavala can be Nook.
-
6 RepliesSuggest how it would work on Console (you know the platform the game was made originally on)
-
2 RepliesJust saw an article talking about the whole wheel design is copy righted which is why you don't see it in any games not by that studio.
-
18 RepliesThen a lot of people would say they copied it from fortnite
-
1 ReplyI’d prefer an equipment wheel, where we can put our emotes AND consumables (so where they can add ammo synths)
-
Instead of an emote wheel i’m rather curious about how a weapon wheel would do in the game it would make it feel less limited but might be too powerful quickswapping between lets say 8 weapons? 3 primaries 3 specials 2 heavys
-
2 RepliesBetter yet! Bungie can create a separate 8 x 10 keypad to plug into your controller or PC via USB and you can press your desired emote from there! 4? Pfft 8? Bah.. amateur 16? Why not ALL? Best of all it only retails for $69.99 in Silver price.
Note: Future emotes beyond the 8 x10 and shipping charges not included
-
Whilst I agree, I wouldn’t call it high priority

4 RepliesEdited by FL00FING AB0UT: 3/1/2021 2:59:15 PMI’m pretty sure it can’t happen because EA has it patented. Might be an oversimplification.
-
Never understood why they didn’t just have an action wheel that had emotes and consumables that could be assigned to it. This was a strange choice on d1 and stranger still they chose to just add new button choices on d2 rather than have a wheel.
-
This would be nice. Been playing the Outriders demo, and they have a wheel, when I saw it, my first thoughts were Destiny should have this 🤣
-
1 ReplyWe have 50+ exotic emotes but can only choose 4... seems legit. Outriders has an emote wheel, it can't be that difficult of a request
