No acces to Forsaken and Shadowkeep since PS5 transfer

Goodday fellow guardians, since I have swapped from my ps4 to ps5, I have lost access to forsaken and shadowkeep and it tells me to repurchase the DLC's. Is anyone else having this issue? and can anyone help me resolve it to get access again...? cant find a destiny 2/bungie support page to contact.... :(

  • I had the same problem and went through everything you did and thought I would try something with a last gasp effort. I went to the PlayStation store-from my PS5 on my main account(I have 3 in which my 2 sub accounts said I didn’t own forsaken or shadowkeep when I transferred them over to ps5) and searched Destiny 2 and found forsaken and shadowkeep and I just clicked add too library and logged into my sub account and they were there at no charge. When I clicked on the add on button for forsaken there were 2 add on buttons and I clicked the second one and it worked and I got 2 separate emails from PlayStation thanking me for my purchases of 0.00$. Hopefully this helps you and you didn’t have to re buy forsaken and shadowkeep especially since their putting forsaken in the vault.

    • Hello. You may want to restore your license and try again. If that doesn’t help, you’ll want to contact PlayStation support for further assistance.
