I received this hand cannon, the Warden’s Law, today at the end of a Nightfall run. It dropped from the chest at the end. It is at 1100 power, and says the max power is 1060. It also says the season max power is 1360. The stats are not bad but there was nothing I could do to increase the power level to actually make it useful. I am currently at 1306. My question is, why did Bungie have this drop to begin with? Is this a glitch, a stupid mistake, what am I missing? Anyone, thank you for any clarification you can offer.
