Hi,
Apart from the comments of one guy, it seems that other games have the same problems as Destiny, so it would be a driver problem.

Mostly everyone who has posted here is only have issues with Destiny and they state all other games run fine. I have no issues with Destiny and every other game runs fine too.

My personal experience is that with a rx6800xt apex legends, warzone and games like rdr2 have amazing performance with no stuttering but destiny is the complete opposite and has worse fps than my 1080ti.
