Allo there,
Unfortunately nothing can be refunded or granted. You had over a year to transfer your characters and licences. Keep in mind that the deluxe at the time contained the base game and first 2 dlc as well as other goodies. The base game and first 2 dlc were made free a long time ago and have since been removed from the game. So if you start again on Steam you wouldn't be able to access those locations even if you did transfer your entitlements in time.

I was not aware of a transfer I just wanted to replay the game I launched battle net and no destiny on the luncher, Okay but even if the deluxe version is useless to me I still spend a lot of money in the argentum ... there is no way to transfer anything ?! Is it possible to have a support number?

Edited by SonicFusion: 2/23/2021 9:50:11 AMThis help forum is the only way to contact Bungie. Anything that was on battle.net including characters, licences or silver is now lost and none transferrable. For any refund on content or silver then you'd need to speak to battle.net support.

You had over 14 months to migrate. You won't receive a refund and steam isn't going to give you the game for free. Anything associated with battle.net is gone.
