I cant get salvagers Salvo back from collections

I infused salvagers Salvo into one of my other weapons and now I cannot get it back from collections or get the quest on another character

Allo there, Bungie are currently investigating this issue and will hopefully be fixed in patch 3.1.0.1 later today.
