I bought it with start of beyond light.

Then unfortunately your season pass was applied to the season of the hunt. You'll need to buy the new season if you wish to take part in it.

Yes. Only the deluxe edition gives you 4 passes for the year. Beyond light + season only gives 1 pass which is applied to the season you buy it and log in to.
