My game crashes at some EDZ locations
Hi, my game is crashing when I try to get to Firebase Hades or Outskirts in EDZ, it just freezes, and then the game close. No error screen or code, the game just closes. It doesn't happen on any other map or mission, and I'm trying to do the Spider assassinations contracts but, I can reach the lost sectors on these maps.
I've already give administrator permisses to steam and the game, give high priority too, my drivers are up to date, and I've reinstalled the game.
Is there any other thing that I can do to solve my issue? and if there isn't, can you mark the assassinations contract as done in my account so I don't need to go to those locations (cause I can't reach them).
Finally sorry for my bad English XD.

Hey there certain areas are causing players to crash this problem is known and bungie are looking for a solution.Hope this helps

Seems to be any area on Nessus, EDZ, Moon and Tangled Shore without a drop point are bugged (from what i've seen reported on the forums) Europa and Cosmodrome seem fine. Please spread the word...

This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. Bungie said they are aware of the issue, but other than that nothing seems to be happening.

i can gaming i have downgrad the GEFORCE GAME READY DRIVER form 461.40 to 461.09 i use a RTX2070

I though it could be the video drivers but... after doing the update the same crashes, in the same places. Sorry for the Spiders, some heads will not suffer Same problem was the last week in the Reef, now that one is solved, but not in the EDZ _______________________________ Edit... I did what someone said about change the configuration of the 3D graphic card and it works.... slow. So, i changed it to leave balanced and it works perfectly so far. I hope this helps others that too.

I can't enter anything on EDZ but i can enter any other planet without crasging or freezing. I buy forsaken yesterday and when I came to Spider assassinations my game crashes immediately. After the first crash my game crash on the Spider planet too. sorry for bad english

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Every other area is fine but the moment I try to travel between zones within the EDZ the game hard crashes to the desktop with no error code. This is a new development as the game is generally very stable.

it looks like it happens to any area that isn't a landing zone, I can do the weekly challenge from spider in the lost sector when it in the landing zone but if its anywhere else it doesn't work. I cant even enter the area of anything that isn't a landing zone

I am having same problem Feb 19 & 20 on PC. Just riding into the Outskirts crashes.

Looks like it's the same problem on the moon. There are just a number of patrol areas that seemingly fail to load properly.

Having same problem first on tangled shore now on EDZ everytime i move from one area into another and in this case Firebase Hades in EDZ the game freezes/crashes and I just bought the Beyond Light Deluxe for $69.99 and now starting to regret it because tried everything nothing is fixing this problem

I just got the crash going into Outskirts, and had the Hallows one earlier. So many new bugs in this thing.

the ETZ problem me to but since today the game crashes everywhere restart the PC. game reinstalled. data check. hardwere removed. nothing helps

Yes it happened to me too several times today and it only happens on edz, its impossible to move between the zones cos the game freezes and crashes.

With me is in Hallows, started about a week ago and they doesn't fixed it yet, I've reduced my playtime drasticaly in reason of this bug, this problem completely demotivated me to continuing play, basically I only login to play trails and iron banner.

yeah, same issue, checked my drives, drivers, memory, windows registry, everything checks out....only area im experiencing this as well
