Challenger's Proving Quest bug
The Challenger's Proving Quest is bugged, I socketed the hammer before the quest step, so I am stuck unable to launch the event, and therefor unable to re-socket the hammer to progress the quest. Please provide a way to clear the hammer, or have the quest figure out that I have already socketed the hammer. Any remediation steps are appreciated.
This is on Steam, if that matters, but I can move to console if that will remediate the issue.

***UPDATE*** I discarded the hammer which I was then able to pick up from the War Table at HELM, lost the socket, but was able to resocket to progress the quest
