Running Reactive Pulse, it deals significantly less damage this season. Last season typical damage numbers in Deep Stone Crypt were 13k, and it would kill the yellow bar tracer shanks instantly. This season damage numbers are 2-3k, and it brings the red bar wretchs to roughly half health. Similar experiences in other content; low level red bars no longer die from the pulse but are brought to half health instead. Would like confirmation if this is a bug or an unmentioned nerf.
