Prismatic Recaster Problem Bug Icon

It appears to be linked to the reward from the season pass. Because i didn't claim the threaded needle heavy weapon from the pass before grinding my tier 3 lense I have the bug as well. I claimed the brass attacked side arm before doing my SMG lense and that one works.
